You can tell everything about a conference from its keynote address and Photoshop World is no exception. Our conference kick-off is a sight to behold, combining Adobe Photoshop information, creative recognition, and a healthy dose of entertainment, pumping up the attendees (and the instructors and staff) until they're raring to begin the first day of classes.

No one's a bigger fan of Photoshop than the keynote ringmaster himself, Scott Kelby. His enthusiasm and appreciation for what Photoshop can do is contagious. One message comes through the Photoshop World keynote loud and clear-we love putting on this one-of-a-kind event as much as our attendees love coming to it.

Photoshop Hall of Fame 2008

The nomination process for the 2008 Hall of Fame class is underway. The final nominees for 2008 will be announced at the keynote address of Photoshop World XVII in Boston, MA. To nominate a deserving individual, visit the Photoshop Hall of Fame website. The official induction into the Hall of Fame will occur during the opening keynote at Photoshop World, on September 4, 2008.

Guru Awards

We're honoring creativity, dedication, and excellence, plain and simple. The Guru Awards, established in 1999, were created to recognize the impressive Photoshop talent of attendees to the Photoshop World Conference & Expo. Since its humble beginnings, the Guru Awards have quickly become the most prestigious and coveted awards in the international digital imaging industry.

Professional Portfolio Reviews

Imagine having a private one-on-one session with highly acclaimed, world-class photographers. Each will sit down with you to review your photography portfolio and share their inside tips on how to best showcase your work. This is a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity, and it's absolutely free to full conference attendees. Limited to a small group of participants (for obvious reasons), so reservations are required at the conference registration desk. The Art of Digital Photography

Here's your chance to get inside the minds of the masters. Lucky attendees will participate in a provocative discussion on the subject of image making with some of the biggest names in the world of photography. In a discussion led by well-known photographer Jim DiVitale, elite artists will reveal how and why they create their inspiring images.
