To maximize your learning experience, the conference has been divided into key tracks. Since you don’t have to pre-register for any conference session, you can attend any session you choose and switch between sessions any time!
Track 1 – Photoshop Skills
Whether you’re using Photoshop CS6 or an older version, learn techniques and tips that will improve your work, including retouching, typography and web design. This track will help you master the essential tools of Photoshop while inspiring new ideas, save you time and give your creativity a jump-start.
Track 2 – Graphic Design
Master Adobe’s Creative Suite applications like Photoshop, InDesign® and Illustrator® with dedicated classes on graphic design taught by renowned experts in the field. You’ll learn how to get your work done faster and easier so in very little time you’ll master design effects that will take your work to a new level.
Track 3 – Lighting
See the world (and your work) in a different light while pushing your skills to the limit. From lighting food to portraits to shooting in natural light, this track covers every aspect of light so you’ll know how to light anything you shoot. We also cover off-camera lighting and speedlighting, and of course, styling ideas.
Track 4 – Business
From mastering social media to managing your marketing plan, learn the tools you need to stand out in the crowded marketplace and grow your business. After these classes you’ll know if you’re ready to go pro, how to avoid copyright and legal issues, and how to protect your work.
Track 5 – Lightroom®
Revolutionize your workflow and improve your productivity while discovering just what Lightroom can do for you. From creating presets to special effects, you’ll learn how to take your photography from ordinary to extraordinary. If you’re new to Lightroom, we cover everything you need to know and more to get started.
Track 6 – Photography Techniques
Get time-tested tricks and techniques from seasoned pros that will help you unlock your creativity behind the lens. If you’re interested in portrait, aviation, sport or concert photography, this track has it covered and more. Composition, gear and lighting tips are also covered.
Track 7 – Photoshop for Photographers
Learn Photoshop tips and tricks specific to photographers that will help take your work to the next level, including restoration, compositing, HDR and post processing. You’ll get a solid foundation of Photoshop tools so you can eliminate any guesswork to fixing images.
In-Depth Workshops
(Day Before)
Taking place the day before the conference begins (on September 3rd), you can get a jumpstart with one of our In-Depth Workshops hosted by top-notch Photoshop World instructors. (These In-Depth Workshops require separate registry and fee.)
