Jim Schmelzer – Photographer and Lecturer

James Schmelzer is an award-winning Master Craftsmen photographer and lecturer from Detroit, Michigan who specializes in high school senior portraits and wedding photography. James has been the technical representative for F.J. Westcott Company for more than 25 years, He’s been actively involved in designing light modifiers, as well as producing instructional videos demonstrating light control. He conducts workshops, speaks at conventions and tradeshows and is a Kelby Training instructor teaching lighting for senior portraits.
