Q. Who can attend the Photoshop World Conference & Expo? 

A. Everyone is invited to attend Photoshop World Conference & Expo.

Q. How much does it cost? 

A. The registration prices are as follows:

Before May 5th, 2015 –  
Full Conference Pass: $599 / Discount Pricing for KelbyOne Members and Alumni: $549 / One Day Pass: $249 / Students: $149 / Teachers: $349 / One day Student: $79

Before July 7th, 2015 – 
Full Conference Pass: $699 / Discount Pricing for KelbyOne Members and Alumni: $649 / One Day Pass: $249 / Students: $149 / Teachers: $349 / One day Student: $79

Q. What if I’ve attended a previous Photoshop World Conference & Expo? 

A. Photoshop World Conference & Expo Alumni receive the current registration discounted pricing.

Q. Are there any other discounts? 

A. If six or more people register at the same time, you get 10% off each registration. Military personnel receive the same discount as the discount pricing online at time of registration. Both of these discounts are available by phone-in only. Please contact our customer service department at 1-800-201-7323, Monday-Friday, 9:00am-5:30pm EST.

Q. Can I register on site? 

A. Yes you can. Simply go to conference registration show site to register and attend the conference.

Q. Can I buy a party ticket once I get to the conference? 

A. Yes, if we have not sold out of party tickets prior to event you may purchase at onsite registration. However, tickets sell fast so if you want to come, your best bet is to purchase your ticket at the time of registration.

Q. Once I’m registered, when will I get my badge? 

A. If you’re within the United States, your badge will be mailed to you a couple of weeks prior to the event. If you’re coming from outside the US (including Canada), you’ll pick up your badge and show materials onsite at registration.

Q. Do I need to sign up for each class I want to attend?
A. No. You may attend any session you want. But arrive early, since rooms fill up fast.

Q. When will I get my workbook? 

A. Workbooks will be handed out to fully paid conference attendees on the first day of full registration.

Q. Can I purchase extra workbooks? 

A. If we have any workbooks left over at the end of the conference you will be able to purchase them on the last day of the conference at the Official KelbyOne Conference Store in the Expo Hall.

Q. How should I dress? 

A. We want you to be comfortable, so dress casually. If you wear shorts, t-shirts, sandals, etc. you’ll be right at home. However, keep in mind that convention centers are notorious for keeping their classrooms quite cool, so even though it’s hot outside, you still may want to bring a sweater so you don’t get too chilly while inside.

Q. Will I be able to check my e-mail from the convention center? 

A. If you have a laptop or mobile device with a wireless connection and if the convention center offers Wi-Fi you can connect any time. However some convention center charge for this service. Your best bet is to check with the convention center business center to find out exactly what they offer.

Q. Where can I get a Midnight Madness ticket? 

A. Midnight Madness tickets will be handed out the morning of the event, at a to be determined location to the first 200 individuals in line, on a first-come, first-served basis.

Q. Do you have any suggestions for hotel accommodations? 

A. Yes—we will make special arrangements at nearby hotel/s. This hotel/s will be the “official host” hotel for the conference. For more information click here.

Q. How close are these hotels to the convention center? 
A. The “official host” hotel/s will be conveniently located near the convention center or attached.

Q. Where will the Photoshop World – After Hours Party be held this event? 
A. The After Hours Party will be held at Mandalay Bay Convention Resort, Shoreline B, – on Tuesday, August 11th, 2015 from 8:00-11:00pm. For more information click here.

Q. I’m heading directly to the airport after the conference ends. Can I store my bags at the convention center? 
A. Sorry, for security reasons we can’t store bags or coats for you. Please check with your hotel for storage options.

Q. I decided to come at the last minute. What are the hours for on-site registration?
 A. Registration hours are as follows:  Monday, August 10th: 10am – 2pm (Open to In-Depth Workshop Attendees Only)
, Tuesday, August 11th: 7am – 6:00pm
, Wednesday, August 12th: 7:30am – 5:00pm
, Thursday, August 13th: 7:30am – 12:30pm

Q. I can’t make it all three days. Can I attend just part of the conference?
A. Great question! Yes, we do offer One Day Passes. For more information, or to register for a One Day Pass, please Click here.

Q. Can I bring my camera? 
A. Still cameras are welcome. NO audio or video recording please! This includes your mobile devices.

Q. Can my spouse or friends get into the Expo? 
A. Absolutely! Either pre-register them Online for FREE or bring them show site and for a $40 charge take them to the registration desk outside the expo hall to register and receive a badge that will get them in! (Expo Only, No Sessions, except for what is available in the expo hall theaters)
