12:00 pm - 1:00 pm	Live Food Photography Shoot! with Joe Glyda From little tricks of the trade to lighting techniques, food photography is one of the hardest forms of photography there is.
4:45 pm - 5:45 pm	Studio Quality Control With Small Flash In The Field with Erik Valind When used to their full potential speedlights are an impressive light source in a small package, allowing you to get great results without the added cost and weight of larger studio strobes. This doesn't mean you have to sacrifice that "studio quality" of light either. During this course Erik will share the tips, techniques and equipment necessary to maximize your speedlight's potential as well as your overall understanding and control of light. This will prepare you to produce professional looking light, on your very next shoot, whether indoors or out on location.
6:00 pm - 7:00 pm	How to Light Anyone with Erik Valind Whether shooting in the studio or on location, lighting for your subject is key. In this class Erik will cover the core principles of how light behaves and how we can control it for our own applications. He will demonstrate how the characteristics of light affect an image and can tell a story of its own. You'll also learn how to light for different facial features, empowering you to portray your subjects in their best light. Lighting practically, while still lighting for impact, can be achieved with everything from studio strobes to small flash. With these techniques and the right tools you'll be ready to go out and light anyone!

8:15 am - 9:15 am	Lightpainting: Light Up Your World with Dave Black This presentation will cater to the artistic lighting technique of Lightpainting. Lightpainting combines long exposure times with illumination from mobile light sources to create a unique photograph. This highly creative lighting style of image making is applicable to every genera of photography and is a useful skill for any photographer to have. Attendee’s will see multiple examples ranging from small tabletop imagery, to life size scenes, and even large-scale landscapes. This stylized lighting technique will be illustrated with a collection of portfolio images including his Lightpainting work for National Geographic. Step-by-step procedures and commentary as to how Lightpainting is accomplished will be the driving point behind this most unique presentation. Questions will be taken during the presentation time. Note taking is encouraged.
11:00 am - 12:00 pm	Taking Your Shoot To The Next Level with Frank Doorhof In this intense class you will learn several tricks on how to pose your model but also to add some extra flair to your shoot by adding smoke and working with colors. You really don’t want to miss this one if you’re interested in model or fashion photography.
1:00 pm - 2:00 pm	Big Flash Big Possibilities with Joe McNally This is a crash course on using off-camera big lights and how to trigger them, and ways to apply bigger light shaping tools.
2:15 pm - 3:15 pm	Remote Cameras: F8 When You Can't Be There with Ron Taniwaki Learn how to place, program, wire and fire remote cameras In a world where "everybody" has a camera, and "everybody" thinks they are a “photographer” you have to find a way to separate yourself from the pack. Remote control cameras can give you, a different angle, a different perspective, and a different look.
