Set your priorities. If there are shows or resorts you want to check out, know when you have time, know their schedules, and prioritize. Have a secondary option in case you can't get to something you want to see. Don't feel bad if you don't see it all. It'll still be there next year (no implosions scheduled, anyway). A lot of Vegas newbies burn themselves out trying to fit everything in and end up ruining their vacation.
